1. Welcome
Nas Village ("we", "us") is a community platform that helps neighbours connect, share skills and plan get-togethers. By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age in your country) to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Please verify your email address — unverified accounts cannot sign in.
3. How you behave
Be a good neighbour. Don't harass, threaten, impersonate or share content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates someone else's rights. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post (profile info, messages, events). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display it within the app so the service can work. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it.
5. Events and meet-ups
Events on Nas Village are organised by users, not by us. We don't supervise meet-ups, don't background-check organisers or attendees, and we're not liable for what happens offline. Use common sense — meet in public places, tell a friend, trust your gut.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using Nas Village, you agree to it.
7. Ending the relationship
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or put other users at risk.
8. The boring legal bits
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nas Village is operated.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
